I order glasses back in June I got one I called every week for the second pair, never in. For 2 months reorder once still did not get them after a month. Reorder again here it is October just now receiving them. That is sad and poor business, they need to get a system in place to avoid customers wait 4 months for glasses that should be 10-14 days . And they never call you when your order come in you have to call them. I won’t go to that location again. Even though he did offer me a discount still not good enough. And they gave me the same pair I already have, I ordered 2 different pairs smh

3 stars for timeliness and efficiency, though I expect that has a lot more to do with the time of my appointment (after 4, they close at 6) That said... I did not feel questions I asked directly about cost were answered and resulted in a higher expense (I asked if prescription sunglasses would be more expensive than contacts I do not plan to use regularly, and was only told if I didn't get the exam for contacts I could not receive pricing. it turns out that the special lenses would have been less expensive and I did not need a contact lens exam at all and essentially paid extra to be told all of this). I understand a need to upsell, but avoiding answering questions to raise expenses is not good business.
