Dr Harwell is absolutely amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable and quickly got us back. Very professional. Dr Harwell really is patient and does her job thoroughly. She explained in depth what was going on with my husband's eyes. 10/10 recommended. Will be bringing our 2 daughters for their glasses and exams from now on.

It was easy to make an appointment online or by calling. I read the reviews and was expecting a much better experience and professionalism. My appt was at 6pm. I showed up and was greeted and welcomed by a salesperson Jon. It appeared no one knew about my appointment. A woman who had her purse on her shoulder ready to leave for the day looked at Jon and shook her head no in front of me. She then walked off. As I was filling out a form she came back and said she needed me to fill it out quickly. Apparently, my appointment was keeping her there. A different lady came and took me to a room. She didn't seem welcoming or friendly either. I don't even remember her saying hello to me. Possibly she was in a hurry to leave as well. I get how it is when someone walks in when you are ready to leave except I had an appointment, and surely they were getting paid to be there. Saying hello and smiling and maintaining professionalism would not have taken anymore time. After that first room, I went to a different room with the woman who was shaking her head no and rushing me earlier. To my surprise she was the doctor. I told her I'm sorry to be keeping you here, but this was the appointment time I was told was available when I called. She did not say anything in response to this. I do not recommend this place for the exam. The only good experience here was the 2 sales people who were nice and friendly. Jon was welcoming and helped me after the exam.

This was my first time using America's Best. I will recommend them to my family and friends. They all were very helpful and nice. Jon helped with getting my neww frames and he was very helpful and patient with me, I appreciate that kind of customer service greatly..
