Do not waste your time and money here. I had been using them for years and never had an issue once until recently. I have the eye care membership club and I came in to renew my prescription since I was out of contacts and was not able to until I updated my prescription. I go in and the doctor did an awesome job no complaints the issue started the moment I was charged despite having the membership club (exams are free) I did not catch it the moment I paid since I had to go to work afterward and was in a hurry. It was not until one week later that I noticed that I paid for the membership which makes no sense since my membership does not expire until March 2024. I called to get clarification and the lady was rude on the phone saying they are closing when it 4 and they do not close until 6 that day. I also asked about my trial contacts since the doctor wanted me to try a new pair and the lady said I have to call other American best to see if they have it in stock. I was taken back since why would I have to do their job and call other offices for my trial pair? I called another American best to double check about my membership and yup I was right it does not expire until March 2024 and they did not have to charge me or have me call other American best for my trial pair. I go in to ask why I was charge the membership and the ladies were absolutely rude brushing me off with an attitude, at this point I leave went to call corporate office to complain and they were not any different than the store. They told me to call Ashley the manager tomorrow. I try to reach her two times and was not able to get in touch with her until finally I was able to get in touch with her. She right away said I was not charge for an eye exam and trying to tell me I was wrong without checking throughly. I had for some reason two accounts so the account that I had the membership they did not use the day I came in for the exam. Okay understandable mistakes happen, however even so the lady who charged me should not automatically charge me for a membership if I had not ask for one, that is like stealing in a way. Ashley said she will combine my account into one and refund me because they made a mistake. At this point i decided to give them another chance and man I wish I did not. After waiting a week for my refund and calling Ashley to get in touch with her about my refund no one reached out. I drove back up there and requested to talk to her and she acted like she had no idea about anything saying she does not see two accounts and that I was not charge for my eye exam and a bunch of non sense. At that point I was annoyed because obviously she does not know what she is doing or what her associates are doing. Keep in mind not once was I rude I bit my tongue every time. I did get my refund however the biggest thing is the lack of customer service. Took a whole month to get my money back, and still have not got my trial pair. The whole place is a mess. I honestly wanted to warn another family there to go somewhere else. Ashley biggest thing was making sure if someone called to put in a good word because she gave me a solution. Sorry but all you gave me was a headache and lack of trust in your professionalism.

They denied to see me for arriving 9 min after my appt time. I called in the morning to ask if they had a grace period because I work until 5pm and I was told there was a 10 min grace period, I walked in the office and they tell me that the doctor said he can’t see me bc I was late & that the company doesn’t give a grace period; what company doesn’t give a grace period ??? Life happens, traffic happens !!!! I drove here for nothing after really needing to get my glasses and contacts. Never again am I coming to this location. Worst costumer service & management!!! !

Acquired two sets of frames with the proper prescription after the eye exam was performed. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Acquired my two sets of glasses within 2 weeks and sales expert August mentioned that if the frames ever get loose, I am free to come back at any time to have them tightened. August is very professional and helpful.
