We had nothing short than a wonderful experience this past Friday at the Liverpool Location! My Daughter has severe Anxiety and was a bit overwhelmed with our appointment. Between Misty and the absolutely wonderful woman who taught my daughter how to use her contacts(I hate that I can’t remember her name) it was the most flawless appointment! I have been coming to Americas Best for over 20 years for myself…. And I have never had the experience that we received at this location (our first time here)! We will always make sure to make our appointments at this location moving forward! It’s so refreshing to see that there are genuinely kind people who care about others! They could have been annoyed by her anxiety but they showed my daughter that people can be truly amazing! Thank you the the entire staff in Liverpool! From the moment we walked in from Front Desk, through Tech, through Dr, to her Contact class…. It was a great experience! Thank you!

My most recent visit was fantastic. Ash checked me in and did my testing. They were fantastic! They made me comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. The great experience continued with Dr. Suffolk. He was very informative and just as great as Ash. I don't normally leave reviews, but this visit stood out to me above all else because Ash actually helped me look at glasses too. A lot of places just toss you at the boards and say 'good luck' but I found choices I never even thought I'd like. Thank you so much. I'll he doing business at the liverpool location from now on!!

The Assistant Manager is the Worst!!! I’ve NEVER been treated with such rudeness and disrespect. Her demeanour and “customer service” was appalling!! The moment my Daughter and I walked through the door to order contacts a couple of weeks ago, she treated us like we were putting her out as she sat at the counter with her pack of cigarettes. Her rudeness and disrespect just escalated from there. And, in an effort to avoid going back in there…I’ve tried calling to order contacts for delivery and no one is answering the phone. Just awful!
