Quick, friendly, nice selection of frames, I lost my prescription and called on 11/30/23 to get it over the phone. The nicest lady named Theresa helped me. She was so friendly I wanted to invite her over for Christmas.

People are nice enough, and seem competent. HOWEVER, if you value your time as I do, look elsewhere. My wife and I had appointments on different days and they have zero respect for time. We ended up walking out and finding a new provider for my wife after waiting almost an hour past her appointment time without being seen even for the pre-testing... DO BETTER!!

The doctor was great. When he finished up though, I waited a good 25 minutes to cash out. Apparently, the receptionist can't cash out customers. The receptionist tried to have another lady cash me out and she snapped at the poor receptionist. Seems like the receptionist and doctor were the only ones with the patience for customer service.
