Firstly, I'd like to say the staff is friendly but a bit difficult to communicate with in English. The ridiculously low membership price is hard to believe. But the trouble began with me when I returned 6 months into my membership period because my contacts weren't fitting properly. The office staff really didn't understand why I was returning and it felt like they were trying to weed me out from seeing the doctor. But I did get to see him and he was kind, helpful and suggested my vision changed. He offered me a new set of sample contacts to try with the changed prescription however they didn't keep contacts in stock at their store. So the doctor ordered the sample contact set and I was informed it would take up to 2 weeks to arrive. So I waited 2 weeks with the old fuzzy and uncomfortable contacts in my eyes. Unfortunately the new set never came. When I followed up after 2 weeks, the staff told me the sample set may take up to 65 days to arrive due to back order issues. So there you have it.... I guess you get what you pay for. I have no choice but to start all over again with a new optometrist that isn't apart of these discount membership clubs and maintains stock of trial contacts at the office.

Naty was a wonderful help while I looked for new glasses today. I was very appreciative of her patience and attentiveness. She had an upbeat positive attitude. She was also very thorough with explaining my insurance benefits. She made great recommendations and answered all of my questions. I will definitely return.
