Truly some of the best customer service. We ordered my daughter some glasses.. it went longer than we were told so we called in to see what was up. They tracked it down and discovered there was a weird situation .. and they were just going to reorder the glasses… fast forward another 20 mins and they find out that pair is actually discontinued!! We came and picked a pair of glasses to exchange them with and got them ordered. The glasses got here quickly and without issue. Every time we have had to talk to them they were very understanding of the annoyance this caused but were ready to help. I’m so glad we went with them!!

One of the worst customer service place I have been to. I scheduled an appointment for my two kids 10 and 7, I get to the appointment I fill out some information for my daughter they take us in a room with the tech she checks both of my kids she does not explain to the kids what she will be doing she hardly speaks to us when she's done she walks us to the door no saying anything . The doctor calls my son, then we waited and waited for my daughter to be called in and nothing so i go to the receptionist it turns out the doctor won't see my daughter because she is seven and he does not work with kids her age. Understandable but he and everyone failed to tell us that as we continued to wait until I asked the receptionist who said she would not be seen. Worst customer service ever will never return very unprofessional people considering they work with customers.

I walked in to schedule an appointment and check my prescription. McKinzi made the process simple and easy. Her customer service skills are exceptional, she'll definitely be my go-to employee if I ever need anything!
