I’ve had to go back multiple times just to get my contacts right and they are still messed up. I drive for a living and just need my eyes right! I don’t understand why that’s so hard to understand. Let me add this has nothing to do with the Doctor, he was/is very kind & helpful. The older lady was the issue. She’s very rude.

They were so friendly and prompt. The Doctor is wonderful. Sandy helped me my order for glasses and contacts. She even remembered me from years ago at another location. I'm a customer for life!

Fantastic experience from top to bottom. I met with Tabitha, then Dr. Schuman, & finally Matt. All three were knowledgeable, thoughtful, & courteous. They explained exactly what they were doing & why. They pointed me towards a contacts brand with toric lenses for my astigmatism & gave me a free trial pair. Nobody pressured me to buy any glasses or contacts. I can't speak for other locations but I highly recommend this particular America's Best store.
