This staff is, hands down, incredible. The staff is always helpful, polite, and thorough. The store is almost always busy with customers in various stages of their journey through the process, but the staff never rush or make you feel like you are taking all their time. I've had to bring in my kids glasses a few times for screws falling out of arms bending and they always fix them quickly without needing an additional appointment. We were very impressed by Dr. Maduemezia, OD, whom I saw today, for an eye exam/new prescription. She was thorough, caring and professional. Thank you, Dr. M! We were also impressed by many others who work there... Silvia, the optometric assistant, Tom, one of the managers, Nicole and Adam, front desk people. They are caring people who communicate well and treat people kindly. There were other front desk people who were lovely, too, but I do not remember their names. We do not have vision insurance, but we got thorough exams for a reasonable price. There is a good vibe to those who work in this place! K

Went today for an exam. Dr. M was extremely rude. I explained multiple times I could not see through the red filter on the machine. Dr. M didn’t care at all. I literally said probably 10 times I could not see through the red. She said just … More
