I had a great experience overall coming back to Americas best. I was very pleased. I had a weekend appointment, excepted it to be busy but it was not! Bree did an amazing job getting me checked out and she was so sweet. She listened to me and got me out of there in no time. THANK YOU ALL.

The doctor was amazing even went above and beyond to secure a new life long client. However, the secretaries up front are unfriendly and the lady that does the final frame checkout try to sneak a protection plan in until I realized the math was not mathing. Also if you go in for the two pair of glasses for $79.99 and free eye exam make sure if you wear contacts they dont give the contact exam then suprise you at the end with a different cost. Around $200 not even close to the $79 that was advertised. I would advise you to hire more cheerful and honest staff. Doctor was amazing 👏

I went to the location at Centro Plaza in Lincoln, Ne & was helped by Patti during the exam. Very knowledgeable, plus a great personality!! Gabby helped me pick 2 frames that I probably wouldn't have chosen myself, but looked great!! Thanks ladies!!!!
