If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been going to Americas Best for years. Went in with a new insurance policy and then was told at the end of the exam as I am leaving it is not covered. Had I know I was going to have to pay $120 I wouldn’t have done it. After speaking to my insurance I was in fact eligible. Their information was clearly inaccurate and I brought in my new insurance card. They stated that they could make it $60 by only doing eye exam, then they asked me to take the trial contacts out they provided me although I cannot see (clearly they should know this they just did my eye exam) exactly how was I supposed to get home? Blind. Horrible customer service. I typically go to the Americas Best on 192, this location has many available. I now understand why this one has so many available appointments. I will happily take my business elsewhere and let everyone else I know to not come here. Some advice would be to explain this upon check in and not have upset people at the end. It seems as a scam. Not at the end when services were already completed, that is a typical practice.

After reluctantly, deciding to finally go get my eyes checked, I am glad I chose this place. My associate was Jennifer she was kind and very thorough with everything she mentioned, and said. She made the process very easy. I am glad I decided to go to America’s best. I will be referring friends and family

Was time for my new contacts and glasses exam and scheduled at the new Wickham Rd location and was immediately greeted by Jennifer with the most amazing infectious smile and joyful personality. Jennifer along with Dr Lopez made it a most pleasant experience. All very knowledgeable and gave you their full attention. You are made to feel like family and not a number. They are the best of Americas Best Contacts and Eyeglasses.
