Thank you to the Entire Staff at the Stratford, CT office! This was the best experience I've had at an eye doctors visit! The staff was polite and very knowledgeable, I don't have insurance and the prices are great. Please come see them for your next eye exam!!! The most friendly welcoming office I've entered in a long time with exceptional customer service I definitely recommend them! I got 2 pairs of glasses, my eye exams & my prescription printed for me with no hassle and great care. I love that they explained everything to me and were not pushy and for the service I got the price I paid was right in my budget price!!! Thank you again!!!!!

Very short wait time, pleasant reception staff, helped with my requests by Ashley, who is extremely friendly & very knowledgeable about the products offered & benefits my insurance covered. She was a fantastic help. I had an eye exam from Kim who was excellent and a final review & exam by the doctor on staff, both very thorough and friendly. If you go to this store ask for Ashley, you will not be disappointed !!!

The whole staff here was amazing! From entering the building I was blown away from the kindness and professionalism that these workers have. My questions were answered, I left learning something that I didn’t understand. Maranda was amazing and fun to work with. She was very patient and kind and fun to be around! Will definitely be back for another pair soon!
