I had a great experience there today! Everything was nice and smooth and the staff was nothing but wonderful! Stephanie helped me find the perfect frames! The doctor, Claudia Hernandez, was amazing as well!

I moved here from out of state, and America's Best was AMAZING there! I was a loyal customer for 10 years. I will never step foot in this location again. For starters- they have no doctor currently. They are booked 4 months out. I showed up for my appointment *slightly* late and they cancelled me, saying no appointments until March. Just while waiting there another person got cancelled as well! They will cancel you any time they can because they are understaffed, yet they will happily sell you a 3 year membership knowing they cannot accommodate additional customers. Its WRONG. And just to make matters worse- There is a lady there with shoulder length black curly hair that is extremely rude. I asked if I could speak to the doctor because I have backup glasses that I put on and they made me vomit. I wanted to see if there was anything that could be at least be done for the items I had already paid for so I could use them while waiting for an appointment. She told me to come back at two. I kindly, softly asked if it was for an appointment or to speak to the doctor. She said "He doesn't even want to talk to you don't argue with me you're lucky he is willing to talk to you" with a TON of attitude and a sour face. I was SHOCKED and upset. I was simply asking if it was for an appointment or to talk to him! She rolled her eyes and walked away without even answering my question! At this point I refuse to ever have to come in contact with this woman again- so I called around for a new eye doctor. I immediately found a wonderful spot- STANTON. Better pricing, same day appointments, incredibly kind and helpful staff. And actually well STAFFED. Do not waste your time or money on America's Best in Lubbock. Other places- wonderful experience. Loyal customer for 10 years. Again, Very Disappointed. -10 year customer

Anytime i go to Americas best the staff is always friendly and greets me with a smile… This last time i had Britney A. she got me in and out on my 30 minute lunch break! I love going here!
