I don’t recommend the Shoto store. I went there three times and three weeks and they never could get the right prescription. And they wanted to push me out real quick and I kept telling him I couldn’t see and they just looked at me like what do I do. So I will never go there ever again. The people are nice, but they don’t have no experience.

I’ve tried to do this three times. Hopefully, this one will post. After leaving my granddaughters appointment at another location because I didn’t feel comfortable with virtual appointment. This location got her in 20 minutes later. When we walked in the door, I knew I’d made the right decision. After being checked in by the sweetest lady, she was taken back for pretest. The lady doing the pretest put my granddaughter at ease about not being able to see some of the smaller letters. Once she was in with the optometrist he listened to her concern of her lenses been too thick. He recommend a more expensive lenses that would be thinner. And also told her which style of frame would help. But the MVP was Isaac. He heard my concern of the cost of getting her the glasses she needed. Isaac helped so much. She not only is getting the glasses she needed, but the ones she wanted as well. Within budget. Thank you staff at the Choutea location you guys ROCK!
