Made an early appointment. People were nice and helpful. I was in and out. And not in a rude way but very efficient way. I had my kids with me. They started to get fussy as I was about to pay. But thank God, the lady checking me out was prepared. She had some small candies to occupy their last few minutes.

Before Thanksgiving I sat on my eye glasses I went to America’s Best and Ashley was so helpful to find a replacement frame and she set me up with extra glasses, next year when I need new glasses I will go back to America’s Best for Glasses and hopefully Ashley will be still working there.

This was my second time going to an America's Best but my first time at this location and I will definitely be back. The whole staff is great but I have to give a special thanks to the fabulous Sonya that helped me. She is very friendly, helpful and most importantly, I didn't feel like she was pressuring me into purchasing more than was necessary or pushing me beyond my budget. I don't want her bosses reading this and thinking she isn't a good salesperson because she definitely IS! There have been times when I have gone to purchase glasses and I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of. But Sonya helped me pick just the right lense package for me and I am very happy with my purchases.
