I stopped in and was immediately greeted with a hello and a smile! My eye exam was prompt and complete. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, everything you would expect from a good quality optical center. I will be recommending “Americas Beat Eyeglass” to everyone who comments on how nice my new glasses look! A special shout out to John, and Jen for taking a personal look at my profile and needs, and being able to accommodate me even better than I originally thought.

I had the best experience at the Cuyahoga Falls location. The general Manger, Jennifer Fivekiller (I know cool last name right?) was beyond helpful!!! I had an issue with my lenses and she overheard my conversation with another employee and immediately took over the situation. She personally cleaned and shaped my frames and lenses. She offered to remedy my situation, which was more than I expected! She is very knowledgeable in her profession and explained the care of my lenses with great detail! I felt that she was out to make me happy instead of making a sale. She was kind and courteous, yet professional. I would recommend anyone go here to get glasses. America's Best at the plaza at Chapel Hill gave me the best experience!!! (And I've been wearing glasses a long long time)! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

The staff is outstanding 👏. They have been very helpful in get the right frame for my wife. She has struggled with finding the RIGHT fit. They have redone them without hesitation. Highly recommend The Howe Rd location. …
