I use to enjoy taking my kids here but this last visit has me not wanting to bring back my kids. On July 27th 2023 my 7yr old had an appointment at 11:15am we got their at 11am and she didn't get seen till noon you can tell this Dr was picking and choosing who he seen 1st we watched about 4 people get seen who were clearly their after my daughter so why did I even bother making an appointment if he is just going to pick and choose who he sees. Now having a 7yr old sit in the waiting room for an hr is absolutely ridiculous she was getting antsy like any other kid does. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My teen daughter had an eye exam & got the 2 pair of glasses for 79.99 + free exam. We worked with asst. manager Becky. She was fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. The eye Dr. was wonderful as well - I cannot remember his name? The atmosphere was friendly. I recommend this business & location & will be back!

I ordered and paid for glasses well over two weeks ago. They still aren’t here. I called twice yesterday and both times I was told a manager would call me back. I was also told they are under staffed and that there was an issue with UPS shipping and because of that some glasses had to be re made. With that said, no one has called me back yet. Also, no one calls to let someone know that their glasses were re made? Plus, what does that mean? Another two weeks? I would think that if it is true, the glasses should be expedited. I bet if I only paid half up front and the other half on delivery this would not happen. This is terrible customer service. I will never buy glasses from here again. Love to get you in but can’t deliver.
