I had broken my glasses. I bought them in San Antonio, TX. I took my glasses to the AB in Corpus Christi,TX. The gentleman fixed my pair and did so without charging me or asking for proof of purchase. I will buy all my future eye needs with this company.

I bought two pairs of glasses in Laredo. One of them stained my face, the response was that I had to buy a replacement and I would get 40% discount. This happened a few months after I got them. Then, I was in Corpus Christi. I stopped by to see options for replacements, because I have to change. Great customer service, he cleaned my glasses and did a minor repair. He showed me some pairs according to my needs. I appreciate that this gentleman took the time to listen and fix my glasses. I will definitely come back to get my next pairs

Don’t go here. The manager is too worried about the girls getting overtime than he is patients missing contacts which I paid for over a month ago and tracked as delivered two days ago. I am new to the area and had I known that’s how business here is ran, I would’ve went somewhere else for a screening and contacts. The manager was in the store when I was expressing concerns that I’m elderly and without glasses or contacts due to them misplacing them. He told me I should’ve been asking other questions such as if I can get a refund or when can a refund be available. Instead of how were my contacts lost and when I can expect them found. There’s are many eye places available, and I would rather pay full price at target or Walmart rather than get a discount for an exam and contacts.
