Best Eye Exam Ever! Dr. Puja Koirala is very thorough in determining your true prescription. The equipment they use is top notch cutting edge technology! The price is super affordable even for the designer frames that they offer.

I must say the Customer Service provided was excellent! I called to ask a few questions & Michael was amazingly knowledgeable. He was the reason I walked into this location. Then I spoke with Will the manager who sat both my mom & I with Antonella. I must say that the frame choices were endless. We finally picked a pair of frames and the rest of our experience was flawless. The best part was how we communicated perfectly well and my mom was extremely happy with how easy Antonella made this transaction a smooth one. I highly recommend this location. Customer Service is very important to me! 5 stars +

I had visit this America's Best 2-3 years ago and thought I had gotten the best care. Beth was a jewel and each time I looked forward to working with her exclusively. I returned March 2023 for the eye exam met with the doctor who had been there for years, and purchased 2 pair of glasses. After I purchased the glasses I noticed my vision was still blurry, thought nothing of it and thought my eyes were adjusting to the new glasses. Two months later my eyes are still blurry and I cannot figure out what is going on. I phoned my primary care physician told her at my recent vision care exam there was no reported cataracts or glaucoma. When I asked him about my watery eyes and blurry vision he told me to use eye drops for dry eyes, then processed me to purchase glasses. Two weeks ago, I contacted my primary physician who referred me to her Ophthalmologist. Before I made the appointment, I returned to this America's Best last week and ask for the doctor and was told he left to another vision care facility close to his home. I asked for a quick appointment to have my vision re-examined so I could speak with the doctor. The doctor was from another office and she said the vision in my right eye had gotten a lot worse. I asked it changed tremendously in just 3 months?? Which I had noticed as well. After discussing my situation she stated the doctor wrote on my chart, I had beginning stages of cataracts. He never discussed this with me. He never asked my medical condition, never cared except to have me purchase 2 pair of glasses. I went back to this store a month earlier to ask, why was my vision so blurry and was told its probably due to anti glare on my glasses. The visiting doctor also stated they don't always tell patients of early cataracts because most medical coverage won't cover it until it has matured. Well I disagree. My sister's vision care specialist advised her 5-6 years earlier that she had early cataracts developing. My co workers and friends were told by their vision care that they were developing cataracts. Everyone who I have spoken to since this time were told they were developing cataracts except America's Best, this one in particular. I have read the other reviews and have never been so angry as I am today. I am appalled with the previous doctor, appalled at the attitudes of some of the staff, who I am sure and there has been complaints previously on these same people. I would never recommend anyone to go here if that is America's Best policy. Withhold eyecare information just to make the sale? The girl tried to sell me glasses after I got the new Rx from the exam. She said the manager would give me a discount if I purchased glasses. I did not feel I needed to pay for a new exam if the doctor had been honest in the beginning, but I paid for it anyway. No mention that my vision had had changed tremendously due to cataracts. The previous doctor wrote beginning cataracts, which might not be the case. He did not care only to sell the quota for the day. I feel violated, and this place does not deserve my business, the business of my friends, or family. Beware of this America's Best in particular. I was very angry and confused when I left. I came back and requested a copy of my records for the previous Rx, which contain the notes and comments of beginning cataracts from that doctor to use for comparison with my new RX. This is not over. I will meet with an experienced professional who will assess my condition. I can barely see correctly to work or drive because my right eye is do blurry. I work to make a living, and I need my vision to be clear. If not I need to know what is taking place or deserve to be notified of any changes to my vision. I am very disappointed that a vision care facility would not advise the customer of any changes. They did not care about the customer, they only cared for the sale of 2 pair of glasses.
