I decided to try them since I was about to run out of contacts and couldn't get an appt last min around my schedule where I usually go and they were great! I did not have to wait when I got there. Their hrs are great since I work during the day and they have evening hrs. They offered a great deal for $109 you get 3 yrs of exams and discounts. They price matched without me even asking and got me an amazing deal on contacts! It was the best deal I ever got!! And the best was I didn't even have to pick them up since they came right to my house! I was told 7-10 bus days. I was there on a Tues evening and they were at my house by that Fri afternoon!! I definitely recommend and will be back!

Received a call to confirm, the representative slowly became very impatient and very nasty. After a few minutes of speaking to her, my husband and I decided to go with another company. If customer service is bad prior to showing up, it will probably be worse later. Please note: First impressions go a long way! Customers support your company so you can grow. It would be in your best interest to provide outstanding customer service from start to finish. As a result, based on our experience I do not recommend this place.

We had a great experience at the Brick America’s Best! Same week appointments were available. Dr. Giallombardo was very nice, quick and straight to the point with his exams and questions. Liz was also great and helped us price out some frames, answered all our questions and got us what we needed. Overall, we will definitely be returning to this location in the future, especially considering we are from out of state!
