Terrible.. pay for a contact appt. The child had to attend a "contact class " they must put in and take out twice before given a pair of contacts. If unable, you must reschedule to go back for another class. He was told to practice, yet no trial pair is offered to practice with. The assistant that helped us didn't know her right half from her left!!! He was suppose to be given a 1/2 hour class but after 10 minutes was told to go home and practice. So disappointing to the child and definitely unfair!!! So, I guess I paid for contact prescription and I didn't get the perscription, nor a refund.NNOT AMERICA'S BEST!!!

Not very honest business practices. Price was not discussed until the very end pd processing, then I found out I was not eligible for the deal that brought me in. Employees were not friendly at all. The next day I cancelled my eyeglasses order.

I have been here for more than an hour and a half and still have not seen the doctor. It is not busy. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of time for a simple contact lenses exam.
