After 2 years of not going to get my eyes rechecked IM GLAD I DID! Mimi the Tech was Very sweet and made me feel like I was apart of her family she makes you laugh from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave shes very knowledgeable but also very patient and attentive throughout the whole process, her customer service is top tier. Dr Staci took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions fast and thoroughly and had so much patience. I had to come back to pick up my glasses and contacts and Alan in sales was wonderful and caring it was my first time wearing contacts and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything he made me laugh and didn't make me feel like I was a bother I felt very comfortable with him when testing out the contacts. I want to thank you all for making the process a breeze. I ONLY COME HERE. 10 out 10 totally recommend!

My go to for glasses! However, this time I went I for contacts. I was super nervous but I received a class on how to put them on. Jessica was my instructor and she was so patient and helpful. I was able to put them on very fast. So incredibly thankful for her great service.
