It was a fast and easy process. I had to bring my 3 kids with me to my appointment. 3,4, and 8. So you know my hands were full. They made it fun for them and less tense for me. Not only was the service great; my kids had a blast on what it takes to get glasses. One other thing is they accepted my daughter the same day as a walk-in and were out in no time. Just can't wait to get our glasses.

My first time here and I was very impressed. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Each one took the time to make sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. The office is clean and well taken care of. The prices were fair and I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

First off, everyone on staff was really wonderful and helpful. Levinia(I think, I'm dyslexic) was closest to the door, she was very friendly and welcoming. My technician, Reem, was so calm, and put together (as well as impeccably dressed) that I thought she was the doc. She also timed that air in the eye machine so perfectly. I always dread that part, but, I didn't even register the first one. Then the optometrist, Dr. Amster, had such an air of authority I was concerned that he'd be rushing me through it like most doctors. It was, however, the most sure I've ever been about an eye exam. He even intuitively switched back to the first slide option a few times, smoothing out any of my doubt. Next, Sheila helped keep me in the right section for my budget, because I was having trouble seeing where the sections ended clearly. I doubled back a few times, and to be honest, by this point I'm probably getting in her nerves. She, however, was patient and not condescending. The team overall was so dynamic, fluid, and willing to jump in, that I wasn't left waiting for long on any step of the process. That doesn't seem /too/ impressive in text, but, they were uncharacteristically swamped for 2:30pm on a Tuesday. Usually the eye doc is a sensory nightmare for me, but, I had such a good experience here. When I got back home I still had the momentum to do chores! Can't recommend highly enough. My cousin hasn't had his eyes checked in a few years either, so, stay tuned for his review. 🌻🕊️🌻
