I had problems online ordering contacts and they squeezed me in for a last minute same day appointment during the holidays! They gave me a quick exam and ordered my contacts super fast. Ellen help me order new contacts and answered all my questions with grace. She was super nice and understanding.

Everyone was amazing today! Too many to name from the time I walked in until the time I exited my appointment I received nothing, but the best A-1 customer service I’ve received in a while. I love this location and plan to stay a loyal client with America’s Best Contacts and Eye Glasses. I was more than just a client to them and that’s what made the experience worth while. They asked how my day was, we talked about music, and even about my occupation as a teacher.

I come here yearly to either get new frames or my lenses replaced. All of the staff is amazing and very helpful. More recently, I have received excellent customer service from Mahatna and William. They both go over and beyond and are pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this location for purchasing frames or replacement.
