I enjoyed my visit(s) to the Norfolk location. I came in to pick up my trial contacts and let me say I was struggling to put in my lenses. The Amazing Tania definitely lives up to her name she showed me not one but three new ways to insert my contacts and walked me through the process so thoroughly. Lelee also help accommodate me as well with support and making sure I had all I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed their attentiveness to my needs as a customer. It's definitely a breath of fresh air to get good service from great people.
