I came here on the 11/14 and my original appointment was for 2pm but I had came in at 10am thinking my appointment was @10am, they went ahead and took me in anyways which was really nice of them. The exam process was quick and easy and my doctor she was extremely helpful and communicated all important information. When I got done with the exam and was sent over to choose my frames I was very pleased at the amount of different styles they had to offer. I choose my two favorite frames and got them fixed up to fit my face and eyes. I really enjoyed the fact that they GIVE YOU YOUR PRESCRIPTION! When I went to Dr Linden’s they never would give me my prescription due to the fact they didn’t want their customers buying outside frames. When I seen the complete transparency and I was told if I wanted to bring in a pair of glasses of my own and have the frames fitted accordingly to my prescription, I can. I was excited to hear that as well as for the sunglasses. Considering that I do work on a cruise ship, I will be back to get some sunglasses to protect my eyes before I head out again for sea. I really appreciate how quick service was and on 11/25. I was able to pick up my glasses. Less than a week my glasses was ready to be picked up. I think that is quick service and I’m really really excited because now I can see.! They make the process, so smooth and so easy and I will recommend anyone to dislocation if they need any services regarding their eyeglasses or eyewear.

I’ve come to this Americas Best SEVERAL TIMES and the service from the ladies at the front desk is always amazing. They’re kind and extremely helpful and so is anyone I’ve typically come in contact with in the past. This trip for my eye exam I experienced a VERY RUDE manager named Raymond who had such negative energy towards his employees loud & in front of customers. I almost could not believe the way he was addressing this woman who’s clearly older than him. That was a demonstration of AMERICAS WORST, extremely unprofessional. As long as he’s there I will never return to the branch. We need less people like him in work spaces. Disgusting behavior Raymond.
