Made an appointment for my two sons a couple of weeks ago by phone. When I called I let them know that our insurance had changed since we had been there last and they said no worries we were able to pull up the current insurance with your past information. Arrived today to we couldn’t find your insurance information. I had to search up our policy information and provide to them. After all that hassle they could only see one of my two boys in the policy. After making calls and confirming my other son on policy, it turns out they couldn’t find benefits because THEY ARE IUT IF NETWORK! If I would’ve been able to tell them the name of our new insurance company when I first called to set up the appointment all this would’ve been prevented. Now we’re going to have to wait for another appointment to open up with an in network provider.

Very professional service but a few too many “up-sales” for the exam and when finalizing your frame/lenses choice. Eye dilation adds $20, retinal optimization adds $20. The whole exam process is state-of-the-art so is it really necessary?
Frames, lots of frames but the on-sale $29.99 ones felt cheap and easily breakable. I can appreciate glasses as a fashion statement but some people like simple round/square frames.
The average priced frames of $69.99-$79.99 were too gaudy, too big or too small with the plastic ones feeling like they’ll break easy.
My frame allowance from insurance is $170 but guess what? No frames at that price! I settled for “designer” Ray-Bans priced $179.99. As I told them I hope “designer” doesn’t mean “breaks easily”
Thanks, Rob.

I’ve been going to America’s Best, this location, for years now and never had a problem up until the last 3 years. I’ll start by saying that I’ve lived with glasses all my life and they’re quite expensive for me, I’m talking close to $300. So you’ll understand why I’m upset that the last 3 times I went they let me down with the glasses I got. The first time they gave me some that I’m sure weren’t my prescription but they insisted that it was my fault. I tried to get them fixed but they wanted to charge me a whole new pair. I ended up just getting a new pair so those were useless $280 out the window. The ones I got after those broke 2 months after I received them, normal daily use. You can say I’m basically a professional when it comes to taking care of my glasses since I’ve used them all my life. Used the warranty and got the same glasses only new but here I am again 2 months later and they broke again. Needless to say I will not go back for my eye wear needs. Waste of money for glasses that don’t last.
