I have no stars for this location. I only posted 1 star because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post a review I have seen better days. I'm not sure if it's changed management. The front desk staff there seems to be different people there. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone. When you do the staff does not seem knowledgeable or friendly. The inventory for contact lenses is always far, few, or none in between. The only reason we have remained patients as a family for the last 6 years is due to the eye club and our insurance. But this last eye exam I think will be my last eye exam at this location. We may stay as a family but we will avoid this location. But perhaps you and your family may have a different experience. We will try out another location and if we have the same experience. We will transfer our records where we are treated like family and our business is appreciated.

I picked up my trial pair of contacts today, and had such a hard time getting them in. Deborah was so patient with me and gave me some great tips. I left feeling confident that I will be able to wear contacts now! Also, Tony, who helped adjust my new glasses, was very kind patient And knowledgeable. I’ve had a great experience every time going to this location!

My eye exam was the longest one I’ve ever taken. The gentleman doing the exam was locked out of the system. He finally got someone to sign in for him. Of course he had to login again and was still locked out. My eye exam and glasses purchase were in May. Today , 5 months later, I get a bill for additional charges they said the insurance company didn’t cover. I’ve had the same eye care benefits for over 20 years. I’ve never received additional charges from any other glasses provider. They advertise great prices. I found them to be no better then my previous providers. I hate the glasses I got from them. When I wear them, they’re crooked. Another first in my many years wearing glasses.
