Karla the manager is so awesome!! She spent a lot of time with me to help me find the right lenses to order a new pair in a frame I absolutely love! She was kind, professional, knowledgeable and provided one of the best customer service/patient care experiences I have ever had! Thanks also to her entire team in Richfield. Upon entering the door I felt well received. The work done was very professional & all phases of the interactions were well explained.
