I’ve visited the Americas Best in Dallas on Illinois multiple times now for several pair of glasses. The staff was informative and very knowledgeable. Kayla (front desk) was super nice and welcoming. Got me to the right people immediately (without an appointment). Additionally, she made the adjustments to my glasses within minutes- they had me on my way with the upmost satisfaction.

Michelle was excellent at her customer service towards me during my visit. I felt valued and her happy personality really helped with getting my day started. So I really approve any visit from future customers this store location and it's employees
