Quick initial service getting exam. No follow up call was given to notify that my glasses we able to be picked up. Upon receiving my glasses today I had an employee help adjust them to my face, damaging the arms in the process.

Experience was a mixed bag but ultimately have to give a poor rating because the entire reason I went was not resolved. I went for an appointment in October for new glasses and contact refill Rx. New employer does not offer vision and a friend recommended this place to me as an affordable solution. At initial appt the staff was nice enough and not a long wait time. When I went to pick up my glasses I was not given the time of day and was only asked for my name and had them quickly handed to me without another word- no offer for a fitting or asked if the prescription was accurate. I have different vision prescriptions in each of my eyes and have since I was about 14. I told the optometrist my current prescription was perfect. Whatever they did to change my left eye Rx is horrendous. I would think my glasses had a piece of window glass on that side because it is so inaccurate to my vision. My left contact is now also the same blurriness. So I am now $350 into this, have constant blurred vision and have to cover my left eye to actually see properly.
