Completely average. The eye exam was quick and not very thorough (as expected at this price point). I was frustrated by how hard I was hustled to buy the extras on my glasses. Even when I said “no” to an option the salesperson responded with “we will just start with everything and we can remove things from the package”. This was highly frustrating as someone who has worn glasses since the age of 5 and knows exactly what I need and don’t need, but I believe that the workers are paid off of commission. The glasses took just over 2 weeks to be made, a couple of days longer than what was quoted, but once again with budget locations not uncommon. The glasses were fine. In the future I will just get an exam and order glasses online, I ordered prescription sunglasses online and they were a fraction of the cost and they work great and I didn’t have any hassles and they arrived a week faster than America’s Best.

Unfortunately, Google does not allow for zero star reviews because if it did, this location would be getting a zero for my most recent visit I came into America's Best hoping to get help on a form that I needed for my license. The first lady told me that it would be $20 and that I'd have to make an appointment for extra testing and then gestured me to another lady that was working on something. Once the second lady was done working on her item (about 5-10 minutes of me standing there), she told me that they don't take appointments for this and they'd try and squeeze me in. I asked her if she was sure and if she'd like for me to make an appointment, and she said no. I asked her long if it'd be 30 minutes, and she said yes. So I waited. After more than an hour has passed, I went to to the desk and asked if I should just come back. She took my form and gave it this second lady. Now, the second lady is the one that really pissed me off. She was supposed to be checking the first time, and she didn't do anything. She said some lame thing to the first lady about needing my license number. Which is on the form and not something she needs to check. So she goes back to see if the doctor is available, and she just stands there. The doctor comes out and is clearly free but she doesn't approach him. After about five minutes, the doctor took another patient in. She continued to stand there doing nothing. Finally, I just took my form and left. The lady that really pissed me off was wearing a name tag that said Andrea on it, partially obscured by her hair, and was a slightly overweight lady that appeared to be of Latina descent and wore glasses. What makes it so bad is that I tried to be accommodating to them, and they didn't help me at all, especially that last lady. If anything, her behavior was deliberate.
Update: I just asked for my physical records and to delete my information from the system and they seem more than happy to. I guess they're not hurting for customers.
I'll just refer others and my wife elsewhere.
Update 2: So I spoke with the GM, and they're going to try and fix this. We will see if this gets rectified.

Had a pleasant experience with both buying the glasses and picking them up. Chris was friendly and easy to talk to. She adjusted my sister's frames perfectly.
For anyone interested in the buy 2 pair for $79 deal, that price is for frames only, not the cost of the prescription lenses. Be prepared for additional costs.
