I have been to several optometrists in Tyler, and this is the best one. The staff are friendly and helpful, the technology is up to date, the waiting rooms are comfy, and there isn't surprises with pricing. I have had this persistent off-and-on eye pain and other optometrists just brushed it off. This place actually found what was causing it. I'm thankful for their care and consideration.

Dr. Hixson was very pleasant and relaxed. Made me feel like I was visiting family, not just someone she had to do business with. Kristina was patient with me as I chose my frames. She helped me narrow down my selection and helped choose what looked great and fit my face best. She was very friendly. Other staff were nice as well, I just didn’t get their names. I purchased two pair of bifocals for just $142!

My doctor & the tech are both very thorough & listened to my concerns. Joey was so nice & helpful when I was picking out frames & answered all of my questions regarding my options. He did what was best for me. The ladies at the front were kind & friendly. The entire team at America’s Best Tyler is great!
