They really need people who are able to communicate appropriately with any costumer/patient. They make many mistakes with orders, and expect for the customer be happy with any outcome. If you want to get a better experience, go to a provider that is able to accept responsibility with their actions and mistakes.

I brought in a pair of brand new expensive frames to put prescription lenses on them, and they ended up breaking them. I asked them to do the right and fair thing and replace my frames for the same ones or give me a refund and they said no. Best they could offer was giving me frames from the wall that I did not like and were way less expensive than my own. I did not get an apology either. Hard to trust them again. If you have nice frames I would not bring them here.

Made a same day eye exam and arrived early before my appointment. They push it on you to select glasses to purchase and their pricing is insane. The 2 for 1 glasses are all terrible and I tried to try on designer but the employee got one pair for me and then she left. The doctor did not greet me and once I finished my exam and told them I didn’t want glasses and just to pay for the prescription, the employee was processing my service quick and did not say anything afterwards. No good bye or have a nice day. This is like the western dentals of eye care. Go elsewhere.
