This location is the best of the best. You will receive great customer service by John. He went above and beyond to replace my boyfriend’s glasses. They have a devoted customer for life all because of the manager John.

Edit- Although I have had a very rough initial experience with staff and multiple lab errors taking longer than I have been used to for receiving a finished pair of glasses, John was able to right the situation. His customer service is great and is good at de-escalation during unsatisfactory conditions. I am still waiting on my last pair of lenses to correct the situation, but I was upgraded to a better lense package and refunded. Overall a very time consuming process but at least John was able to make the situation right. If I could give 3.5 stars I would but as there is no halfs in ratings I will have to remain a 3 star over all experience. But John as a manager deserves 5 stars for how he handled and resolved the situation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff is nice just very very slow and could benefit from time management skills. Came in just to pick up trial contacts. Something that should take less than 60 seconds if ya ask me. Instead of just grabbing them for me real quick or having one of the free/not as busy employees grab them so I could get out of their hair, Sherrie just stood behind the counter and proceeded to adjust and clean another customers glasses for 20 minutes and answered the phone. I understand she was with another customer but a little acknowledgment would have been nice. Only reason I’m writing a review is because Sherrie asked the customer she was helping to write a good review. Little did she know she would also be getting a poor one.
