This was the first time coming to this place. My husband and I walked in and I let the young lady there at the front know I was coming in to shop for glasses. She said I can walk around and see what I like. They had several options from inexpensive to expensive. As I was walking and trying on glasses, at first no one came to ask me if I needed assistance. After awhile Danny came up and offered his assistance. He was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing glasses. The service he provided was what we needed. Customer service is hard to receive nowadays and it felt great to see it in Danny. Danny, thank you so much for your AWESOME customer service!!!! I will definitely refer friends and family and will let them know to see Danny.

Danny was Amazing!!! Extremely friendly, and patient with my wife and I. It was our first time here at the Brea Location, and we are so happy we chose to come here. We had a Ton of frame options and time to choose. Danny was extremely helpful, and very very nice! He answered all our questions and helped us when choosing frames, and ordering our first glasses. I would have given 5 stars but lately they keep screwing me over on my appointments. I rush after work just for them to say no they can't take me. Rescheduled 2 times now because they overbooked and make up excuses. We'll see if this one actually happens.
