If I could give no stars, I would. Drove 3.5 hours to have the exam, order glasses and contacts. The communication is less than even average. Came to pick the items, (another 3.5 hour drive), was told they wouldn't give us the prescription until an another exam was completed with contacts in. Had to wait for the doctor to see us, because this wasn't communicated at all in the initial visit nor the 3 other times I phoned and spoke to a representative. Rude service with extreme attitude the entire time. Definitely do not recommend at all, spend your money else where.

Takes forever, ordered on 8/17/23, it’s 8/30/23 13 days later. They said it could be another 3 days or so, because they shipped on the 23rd. In the meantime I can’t hardly see anything. At least nothing clear. But they’re still my bestie eye store. Sincerely, The Blind Man

Great store! We’ve been using America’s Best forever, great prices and great experience every time. This location has plenty of easily accessible parking, a nice clean and tidy show room, waiting room & exam rooms - the staff are all warm, friendly and well informed. If you need glasses this is a great spot!
