Great experience. The place is big and clean and has a large selection of glass frames and on sale. Everyone was very friendly, from Christina the receptionist to Joe the assistant who explained to me the exams before doing it. Dr. Martinez was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I was quoted a price for the visit but I was given a lower price because I didn't need certain things. Thank you for their honesty.

Great all round experience. Easy online appointment, easy insurance look-up. I liked the exam area. The fresh new equipment, and the clean spacious modern waiting area. Very nice and a very minimal wait time. Dr. & staff were outstanding. Designer Glasses selection could be better but I was highly satisfied with my glasses in the end. My order was filled within a week, expect a 7-10 day wait. I highly recommend to others. I hope they remain in town for years to come.

First visit was ok, when i was waiting for my glasses , 4 weeks later i called in and got a RUDE receptionist. She informed me that they had been in for two weeks and that if i needed them to pick them up. I asked that is why i ordered glasses cause i needed them. She again told me that i if wanted them to go pick up. Manager stated he did not know who it could have been, did not care seemed the me. RUDE is the attitude at the Laredo location. Not recomending this place ever.
