First time customer to buy my glasses at AB. They have a large selection. I had no trouble finding ones I liked. Service was reasonably fast considering no appointment is necessary. In 10 days they were ready. After a slight fit adjustment, I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. So far so good AB!

I have had only the most pleasant experiences here since I began going several years ago. I have worn glasses and contacts since 3rd grade and have never seen better than today. I would recommend them(and do!) to my family and friends, AND they are quite affordable. I love the club status also! Thank you so much!

Hey Googlers, I’m frustrated and disappointed at the service I didn’t receive here today, at 4:00 pm. Yes, you read that right. The service skills here are despicable and awful. I walk into an awful experience where I was ignored by an all Caucasian staff while managers spoke to friends/ colleagues, and employees sat on their phones with zero offers for assistance. There was only one other customer in the store who was Caucasian, however, she was spoken to nicely by an employee who even told her how to access the locked frames while I walked around in silence. When I asked an employee to help me access certain frames she annoyingly helped, not even offering to stand by and be of more assistance. In short, the five minutes I spent here were the most awful I’ve ever spent at an eyeglass shop, an establishment that makes money mostly from good customer service and support. I’m baffled that they didn’t offer any assistance!! They should definitely have job evaluations soon - they just lost the company about $400. Maybe that‘s why this location was so empty! Never going again. Smh 😢 I hope they don’t treat all people of color this way.
