Never would recommend to go or come back to America's Best. Bought my glasses a year ago from them. Went my eye doctor to get my yearly eye exam. Said my prescription was the made wrong. Went to talk to the manager she they could do nothing about it. That shouldn’t mean anything you made the glasses wrong you need to fix your mistake.

All of the staff were very helpful in getting my new contact lenses. The doctor is awesome! He recommended a few different brands of daily use contacts of which they provided trial pairs same day. I checked in, started to try on designer frames/glasses, & 2-3min later the doctor was there ready to see me for the follow up visit we scheduled. Truly America’s Best! Thanks

Howell Av. is not their best store. Tammy yells across the store to greet you (both visits) and then expects you to yell your name back across the store instead of having any resemblance of privacy. The technician who fitted my glasses after receiving them was completely un-interested, she made an audible sigh when I asked if she could tighten the temple ends. The Southridge store was much friendlier and accommodating. Next year I will drive the extra distance to Southridge to get my new glasses.
