The lady Melinda that works at the location in kenner Louisiana is absolutely amazing and very easy to work with . She is also very knowledgeable and a was pleasure to work with . She takes extra time to make sure everything is lined up properly as well as making myself decide on the best fit of glasses / style for my face . I have worked with her the last 2 times I've been there and was extremely happy when I called and found out she was still there . The entire staff as well us kind and friendly as well as Leslie the manager went above and beyond to help me with my insurance issue. I would highly recommend that location to all I know. I wanted to buy a new pair of glasses and had a prescription from another doctor. The receptionist when I called the day before was very nice when I asked if I needed an appointment and she said I didn’t. The next day when I went in I couldn’t get much help since I hadn’t purchased my current glasses there. I was planning on purchasing a new pair and I was directed to look on the wall. This is the second time I have had this experience at this store.
