I haven't had an eye exam in years so I came with slight anxiety but felt very welcomed by Salma and Dr. Cali Nyguen throughout my examination. They were both extremely kind and understanding but quick and efficient as well. Throughout all health appointments and exams I've gone to, they were definitely one of a kind to me. It was a great experience and I hope it's one everyone has when they come here.

Left in tears!! I went because I needed affordable contacts and glasses and a coworker recommended. Unfortunately I have a very strong prescription and every frame I picked my script wouldn’t work for. Instead of offering to help find something that would, the employee just kept saying no it won’t work and going back to talking with the other two that were out in the lobby. I finally gave up on glasses and said well can I order contacts instead. I had to pay full price for the exam but that was fine. I asked to order one box of contacts because my eyes are the same strength and it was honestly all I could afford. They told me that the doctor put 2 in the order and had to be the one to change it and had just gone to lunch. So instead of only being $60 or so, it was $120 minimum for just contacts. I didn’t end up ordering anything because I couldn’t afford that. I left in tears and cried in my car because I felt humiliated. I work in customer service and genuinely felt like I was an inconvenience to their day. They contacted me after I emailed back a review asking for more information and I was honest. I really wish this was a Karen moment and I was exaggerating but I’m really not. I never heard a word back. I’ll stick with Walmart vision center js this is “America’s Best”

Went to the Woodbury location 8/6/22 at 1150am the doors were locked -There were no signs on door that said they were closed for the day or any notices!! There were other customers waiting outside for several minutes - approx 30 min or so .Mos left around 12:15pm. No on answered the store locations phone number either. People kept showing up trying to stop in and were disappointed that the doors were locked and there was no notice posted Anywhere!! HOURS STATED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 7PM SATURDAY 9AM - 6PM SUNDAY CLOSED - VERY DISAPPOINTING. ( I HOPE EVERYONE IS ALRIGHT- and nothing serious happened). BUT NEXT TIME .. POST A NOTICE IN THE WINDOW PLEASE!!
