I recently experienced vision difficulty when wearing my contact lenses. I called the office and spoke to Lexi, she was very professional/polite and I expressed to her my concern with difficulty focusing. I asked to be seen as soon as possible and within a few hours was invited to the practice to be seen. Dr. Grant examined my eyes and a simple prescription adjustment resulted in me seeing clearly again. Thank you Lexi, Dr. and Mrs. Grant for working through a normal office closure to help me. If your eye health is a priority, as it should be, please don’t go anywhere else! I made that mistake and Dr. Grant and his amazing staff so graciously corrected my terrible prescription I received from a tele-health eye exam place. Great doctor and staff. Dr Grant went out of his way to monitor a spot on my eye that he was concerned about. Really appreciate his care. Lexie the new Optometrist Tech is awesome. She took care of all the measurements and information. She is very personalable and efficient. Really enjoyed meeting her. They have some great eyewear selections. Not cheap, but worth the investment.
