As a longtime patient of Dr. Shapiro and a recipient of his excellent care over several decades, I am delighted to recommend Anderson & Shapiro to friends every chance I get. I am always treated with respect and thoughtfulness by their fine support staff, and everything is explained to me throughout the very thorough examination. I couldn't be happier!

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Some of the time between attending technicians seemed long..lots of "pre-laser" prep. One was 1/2 hr of waiting alone for the next.. The promo brochure says the procedure takes 5-10 minutes. I was there a total of just under two hours. That may be a more realistic disclosure up front. I'll see how the results turn out at my follow up visit with my eye doctor.

Receptionists very friendly. Tech was good at explaining things when asked. Dr. was friendly and appreciate all the testing for a thorough exam. Dr. is quite hyper and rushed, but explained things when asked.
