I am always treated with respect and thoughtfulness by their fine support staff, and everything is explained to me throughout the very thorough examination. I couldn't be happier!

Receptionists very friendly. Tech was good at explaining things when asked. Dr. was friendly and appreciate all the testing for a thorough exam. Dr. is quite hyper and rushed, but explained things when asked.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Some of the time between attending technicians seemed long..lots of "pre-laser" prep. One was 1/2 hr of waiting alone for the next.. The promo brochure says the procedure takes 5-10 minutes. I was there a total of just under two hours. That may be a more realistic disclosure up front. I'll see how the results turn out at my follow up visit with my eye doctor.
