When you only hear, “we’re scheduling in the middle of January,” it definitely doesn’t make you feel like it would be worth the wait. I would have probably scheduled for January, but whoever works the front desk definitely doesn’t seem like getting new patients in was much of a priority. 🤷♂️ There are better ways to acknowledge the wait time, and an assurance that Dr Dudley is the right optometrist to get scheduled with would make a difference.

Her unparalleled personability makes every visit a delight, and her depth of knowledge ensures a comprehensive and informative experience.
