I left a review on Safari but I don’t get tired of letting everyone know Dr. Joy has nice friendly girls helping her… they make you feel welcome…I could have stayed longer with Dr. Joy… she was great and helped me feel good about my eyes …she is so friendly and outgoing I hope to see her again…too bad not till next year but for sure I am going to her office..You must let Dr. Joy help with your eyes…you won’t regret it…Barbara Estrada

EyeMart Exam was fast and efficient. Eye techs were unprofessional however, didn’t introduce themselves, talked badly about co-worker directly in front of us in exam room. Stated to co-worker “I hate this, it’s not even our lunch time”, while performing eye test on my eyes. Dr. Z was incredibly professional and friendly. Would definitely go back to see him despite the techs unprofessionalism. The glasses store next door was a whole other story. Waited for nearly two hours and was never helped. Only two people working and you could tell they were in no rush to move things along. Ended up leaving after waiting so long. Took my prescription to another clinic and picked out glasses there. Fine place for eye exam, but don’t plan to buy glasses unless you have an entire day to wait.

I feel any experience starts from the front office. These ladies were courteous, friendly and patient - best customer service ever. Then the doctor comes in. I loved her. She took her time and explained the process, did the tests. Fantastic experience. Thank you guys.
