The frames are so cheap you can find better ones at the 99 cent store. They are committing fraud because they have not refunded my insurance cause I refuse to take the cheap frames they try to give me, also my eye exam was way off and would have made my eye worse

Horrible customer service , extremely rude when you call to ask for information.
Not helpful I had been going here for years , the service has gone extremely down these past years , when I expressed all my issues it wasn’t taken seriously & nothing has been done .
Really sad I’ve been here for over 10 years but myself and family are done with this place .

I have been taking my children here for years. Each time they go above and beyond! Fast and efficient! My son needed glasses asap. With in 3 days he had his new pair! I highly recommend!
