My experience was pleasant. Very important because I have had a lot of eye exams in my life and find them frightening. Dr. Kwong and his staff were very understanding, and I felt safe in their care. He also was patient and answered all my questions and would break it down into layman's terms for me. The environment was calm and professional. I highly recommend them for all of the above reasons.

Dr. Kwong is such a great doctor and I can feel his compassion and care as soon as he enters the room. I thank him so much for making my visit and care a wonderful experience of joy and he keeps me relax on every visit. I enjoy seeing him for all my eye care. Thank you again.
