I recently visited Virginia Eye Consultants on recommendation of my optometrist. My appointment was with Dr. Andrew Pittner, M.D. I really can't say enough good things about him. He was calm, relaxed and laid back. He ran several tests on my eyes and explained what they were and why he was running them. He then explained the results and what my options are. He explained them in plain English that I could understand. He also took the time to answer all my questions. I have another appointment in a couple weeks and I'm really glad that he's my doctor. I feel a lot more comfortable about my situation and I highly recommend Virginia Eye Consultants and Dr. Pittner.

My first visit to Dr. Pittner was very thorough and informative. My current condition after examination was explained and future treatment was discussed. I was very impressed with his knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking treatment for glaucoma.
