Dr. Reynolds seems very good. He obviously cares about patients' outcomes. If the rating was just based on him I would give 5 stars. But we waited over an hour to be seen and 3 hours total for the visit.

Dr.A Reynolds is always a sweet caring doctor . He is always willing to answer all my questions and concerns when it comes to my autistic child. The whole staff has great patience with their patients .

Outstanding service. I caught a cancellation and got in same day. The reception process went smoothly, with a better than expected time in the waiting room. Dr Reynold and his Resident conducted the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. All my results and surgical options were explained in detail, with great patience and in a calm manner. It was a very positive experience! Keep up the great work!

Everyone was kind. My doctor is awesome. The UB student was absolutely wonderful. With a wonderful bedside manner. He too will be a great doctor. If you had questions they would let you ask them and then they would kindly answer them.

After going to another well known eye doctor and having an awful experience with my daughter we decided to try Ross eye care with Dr Reynolds. Dr Reynolds has been nothing but patient centered and listens to you and your child. I would not go anywhere else. The wait times are a bit long but it’s worth it for the quality care he provides. He always explains everything and values your opinion. Thank you Dr. Reynolds on making our daughters experience with the eye doctor a positive one!

Staff was polite , professional and very informative. But I cannot give five stars because the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked.

This wasy first time meeting Dr Reynolds. I was very impressed and so thankful that he was able to squeeze me in because I was in pain. I had had this pain before. He was thorough and prescribed an ointment that no one else has prescribed for my eye so I hope it works. It feels better today. This might do the trick! Thank you Dr. Reynolds. .

My 5 year old twins see Dr Reynolds and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their eyes. He is patient, SO thorough, and makes them SO comfortable with the whole process. We have no plan on leaving his care until my twins age out of his pediatric care.

I have been having issues with my eyes, two retina surgeries in 4 months and extremely dry eyes. Dr Drew saw me same day I called. Everyone was incredible. After seeing numerous Drs he took the time to figure out my problem and a treatment plan. He is my new ophthalmologist from now on.

Dr Reynolds has been my daughter’s eye doctor since she was roughly 18 months old. Every visit he is amazing with her and she looks forward to seeing him at our visits every 6 months. He is easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, answers any question you have and really and truly cares about your child and their wellbeing. I 100000% recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatric ophthalmologist.

My experience with Dr. Andrew Reynolds has always been excellent. I find him to be a courteous and caring physician who is interested in my thoughts and concerns each time I visit his office. He discusses my options and asks for my input in forming a treatment plan. . I do not feel rushed during appointments and I find the office staff and medical team to be thorough and polite. I couldn’t ask for more and highly recommend him.

My experience has been fantastic! I had seen 6 other doctors about my double vision. I’ve tried all the special lenses and prism glasses, but none worked. During my first visit with Dr. Reynolds, I appreciated his quick assessment, and confidence that he knew exactly how he could help me. One month later, I’m seeing with no double vision. I normally don’t spend a lot of time filling out these reviews (if ever…), but with these results (after 12 years of suffering with this…) I just had to pass along my experience to others who are experiencing double vision. If you are - Get To Dr. Reynolds!

Took 1.5 hours for an annual eye check. In that 1.5, we saw a provider for less than 10 minutes. This is a regular occurrence at this office. Prior to this my appt was cancelled by the office and they could not reschedule …

Dr Andrew Reynolds is a fantastic doctor. He is kind and personable. He does not rush his appointments with us and is very informative. Our son has a very rare chromosome deletion. Due to this our appointments are a bit more complex. He explains procedures thoroughly and uses easy to understand language. Dr. Reynolds is a fantastic doctor.
